In addition to the online booking possibility, you'll have an easy-to-use employee system that you can access anywhere using your mobile phone.
Every employee has her/his own column and own color in the calendar for easy readability. You can also customize the calendar colors to highlight busytimes, any-provider bookings, or for example certain services.
You can reschedule bookings with ease via drag-n-drop or using the reschedule-feature to freely browse weeks and months to find a better time.
The calendar's appearance can be adjusted, for example, by switching between day or week views, customizing the colors, and changing the information visible directly on calendar events, making the calendar suitable for different needs.
Slotti Booking simplifies communication with customers by providing automated booking confirmations and reminders for customers. You can also send custom SMS messages to your customers directly from the booking window.
Slotti allows employees to subscribe to a variety of notifications on different events, like new bookings, reschedules, cancellations, feedback and other topics. You can choose to receive notifications in-app, via email and/or as push notifications to your mobile app. You can even adjust the delivery-method per event.
When needed, you can connect your Slotti calendar with your Outlook calendar, so that events from Outlook are synced to Slotti, blocking those times from bookings. Also, your bookings become visible also in your Outlook calendar.
If you have fixed opening times in your salon, you can set your opening times into Slotti, so that customers can book times when you are working. You'll define your work week just once, and you're ready to go.
If you come and go as needed, you can open up availabilities into your calendar separately for each day. This is done easily by painting the times you'll be bookable into the calendar. You can even limit the availabilities to just certain services if you like.
Are you busy with something else, like a meeting, training event or holiday and cannot take bookings for that time? You can add other appointments to your calendar with ease, similarly to bookings. If you're lucky and have a week off, you can block the week in your calendar by just painting a busytime from monday to sunday!
As a default, the customers will be offered all the times available in your calendar. However, if you prefer to offer only times adjacent to existing bookings, you can use our time magnet feature. You can adjust the magnet to offer only times strictly adjacently to existing bookings, times nearby other bookings or maybe adjacent to busytimes as well.
Do you want to take appointments on short notice, let's say only an hour before the appointment starts? If you also want to avoid surprises for the next morning, you can enable the night lock feature, which blocks bookings for the following morning after 8 PM (or whichever time you prefer).
As we are all different, all employees don't have to fit into the same model. Users can adjust their settings separately from others. For example, some users might prefer using flexible working hours, time magnet and night-lock, while others use fixed working hours without other limitations.
Slotti provides you with a booking page that's been praised as easy and simple to use. This makes it easy for your customers to book your services.
The booking page is responsively designed for a great user experience for customers booking on their smartphones, like most people do.
Do you provide your services in multiple languages? All the content on your booking page from service names to booking terms can be entered into Slotti in multiple languages (check supported languages by contacting support). This allows you to provide the experience in your customer's preferred language.
Your booking page can be customized to have your logo and brand colors, so customers feel the continuity when booking. There are a lot of customisable texts, inputs and options as well.
If needed, you can have the customers approve your terms before making a booking.
After the booking is made, customer can download the event into their own calendar easily with a click of a button.
Automated booking reminders your customers are available via email or SMS. The reminder delivery can be scheduled per your preference.
Slotti includes an automated feedback system. When enabled, it sends a feedback request to the customer after an appointment has been completed.
When giving feedback, your customer picks a smiley which describes their experience, and they have an option to provide open feedback. You can also request social media reviews based on the feedback you received.
When needed, a booking cart can be enabled on the booking page. This allows customers to add multiple bookings to the cart and confirm all of them at once.
Booking cart can be enabled even if online payments are not used. It still makes it a bit easier to book multiple times at once.
Customers are automatically added to the register at the time of booking, saving you time and effort. Customers can be found in the register using a simple Google-like search function.
You can also see upcoming bookings and booking history from the customer's information with ease. You can also add treatment notes per visit.
You can download your customer register including notes as an Excel .xlsx file at any time for marketing or other use.
Data protection features make it easy to comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. For example, you can use the privacy settings to define the retention period for personal data and also publish your privacy statement on the booking page. Processing data protection requests is also easy with built-in functions and reports.

With the Locations add-on, you get a selection of locations for online bookings
and a calendar for each location for bookings. Employees can also be in different locations on different days, or even change location in the middle of the day.
Do you want to offer your customers a more comprehensive service experience?
With the Addon Services add-on, you can offer extra services related to the service being booked.
This way, for example, a customer can also book a hair wash in conjunction with a haircut.

With the Independent contractors add-on, you can mark your employees as contractors, giving them their own business ID and receipt number series in POS. The reports will also come with the contractor's own details.
The Public holidays add-on automatically marks public holidays in the calendar. For all employees, a "busy time" is added for red days to prevent online bookings for those days.

When customers book appointments by calling you or in your salon, enter the booking into your booking calendar just as you would enter it into any other calendar. Slotti does not restrict your ability to enter bookings in any way, the working hours set and other restrictions imposed will only affect the times displayed as available to customers.
You can also add your other appointments, such as holidays, meetings, lunches, etc. in the calendar as normal, so that customers cannot book those times.
When your customers book online, the bookings will automatically appear in your calendar. In addition, the selected employee will receive a notification of the booking. If you wish, you can also receive a copies of notifications in a shared email inbox.
Online bookings have their own icon in calendar events, indicating which bookings were made online and which were made through other means. Bookings also have other handy icons, such as if the customer doesn't care who provides the service or if the customer picked extra services.
On your booking page, your customer can book your services online 24/7 without needing to register for an account. The first thing the customer sees is your service selection. After picking a service the customer may choose a provider or select "anyone".
You can group and sort your services as you like, decide whether to show prices next to services and add further descriptions and images for the services to make an impression.
Customers are shown when you are available, and they may freely browse a calendar and see which times are available on which days. Only slots within times you've made available via work week or flexible availability are shown.
After picking a time, the customer will see an overview of their current selection and may input additional information about their wishes for the service.
Your customer will confirm the booking by providing their name and contact information. You can configure whether a phone number and / or email address is required for a booking.
Slotti identifies existing customers intelligently and new customers are added directly into your customer registry, making customer management a breeze.
After booking an appointment, your customer will receive an e-mail confirmation about the booking. The confirmation e-mail will include the booking information, as well as any additional information you've added to the confirmation e-mail template.
The confirmation e-mail includes a link with which the customer may open the booking information on your booking page. For flexible self-service, you may also allow rescheduling or cancelling the booking online using this link, without the need to contact you directly.
